Right of withdrawal
Consumers
If you are a consumer (private individual ordering for purposes outside your trade or profession), you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The following explains how this applies to 3d-now.de orders.
Made-to-order prints (important)
Most of our prints are manufactured according to your specifications (your file, material, colour, quantity and finishing choices). For goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Section 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code).
That means: once production of a custom print has started according to your order, you usually cannot cancel under the statutory withdrawal right. If you are unsure whether your order is a made-to-order item, contact us before confirming payment.
Where a right of withdrawal may still apply
If we sell a standard, prefabricated product without customisation, or a service that is not excluded by law, the usual 14-day withdrawal period for consumers may apply. We will state this clearly in the offer or product description.
Model withdrawal instruction (where applicable)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (iFactory3D GmbH, Wanheimer Straße 43, 40472 Düsseldorf, e-mail build@ifactory3d.com, phone +49 211 15859748) by a clear statement (e.g. letter or e-mail). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal (where applicable)
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Business customers
If you order as a business, the statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply. Cancellation is only possible if we agree in writing or by e-mail.
