Martin has worked with additive manufacturing long enough to teach it, which he does. As an industrial chemist he understands materials from the inside out, and he helped develop the belt printers the whole operation runs on. He's the one who can explain why something works, not just that it does.
Artur turns the technology into something people can actually use. He's the entrepreneur of the team, thinking about how a student, a workshop and a hobbyist each need something different and how to make all of it simple. He runs the company and keeps it pointed at one goal: 3D printing without the learning curve.
Ben makes sure a file actually becomes a print. He knows the machines, the materials and the countless small settings that decide whether a part comes out clean or warped. If your model has a weak spot, he'll catch it before the printer does.
